XMS allows Exhibition Organizers to manage their exhibitors' information and promote the related items on their website in an online integrated environment.

• Abilities:

1. Staff area
   • Add/ Modify Exhibitors information:
     The authorized members can add or modify exhibitors' profile.
     All related information such as company contact info, Activity fields, product fields and product items are accessible.
   • Stand area:
     The floor plan can be easily imported from any graphical software to our system.
     Booth locations and numbers will be assigned to an exhibitor while each exhibitor may attend in more than one booth.
   • Financial Affair:
     Each exhibitor will have a financial document which is holding all related billing and payment info.
